What are the key registration dates?

After that, the standard registration window runs from 12th February to 18th March, and the late window from 18th March to 28th March.
After the 28th March, we cannot guarantee that we would be able to register you in time for the conference on 6th-8th April 2022.

How has the online only registration rate been calculated?
The online-only registration has been calculated by taking the main delegate rate and removing the costs of face-to-face attendance (such as lunch, refreshments, etc). As there are a number of fixed overheads in running the SLSA conference – and the increased costs of making it accessible only – the “online only” registration fee accounts for these costs.
Are there any recommended hotels/discounted rates?
All preferential accommodation rates have now been booked, please view Visit York for a list of accommodation available in the City of York.
What are the hybrid arrangements if I’m unable to attend face-to-face?
All sessions will be available to present in and attend via Zoom. Effectively, each room will have its own Zoom link which delegates will navigate too through an online programme, available via Oxford Abstracts. The plenary session will also be available online.
What is the conference venue?
The conference is taking place at on the Heslington East Campus at the University of York. We will be sending detailed access information closer to the conference,
